Exceptional Actions Deserve Recognition.
The award celebrates security professionals who step beyond their everyday responsibilities when someone's safety or life is at risk.
The Award
Honouring Those Who Step Forward
Security professionals are often among the first people on scene when an emergency occurs. Their training, situational awareness, judgement and willingness to act can make a critical difference.
The Canadian Security Lifesaver Award recognizes those exceptional moments — when a security professional's actions contribute to saving a life or protecting someone from serious harm.
By recognizing these individuals and sharing their stories, the CSLA also helps highlight the important role security professionals play in public safety across Canada.
